Vintage pencil, set into its own case (slide it out and turn round to push back into the case for use). Case is gilded metal and mounted with beautiful micro mosaic tiles in a floral pattern. Tiny Venetian glass tiles - the pencil would originate from Italy. "Lyra" stamped on the actual wood of the pencil. Measures 86 cm long (closed) and 1.1 cm wide (about 3.1/2 inches by 7/16 inch). Excellent condition.
