Little metal novelty pen and ink pot. Umbrella hand pulls out to reveal the pen with nib. The top hat cover lifts off to reveal and little ink pot with screw top. Made in metal with bakelite handle to umbrella. Measures 11 cm long and 4.5 cm high (4.3/8 inches by 1.3/4 inches). Paint is worn chipped, but all is in very good sound original condition.
