Miniature painting: a round oak frame with gilt inset framing a portrait of three women in Georgian period clothes. Nicely painted, fine crackle and some larger cracks to surface, but only noticeable under magnification or against the light. Can't tell what it is painted on - possibly vellum. Not canvas though, and not thick enough for board. Very good condition. Whole measures 13.5 cm diameter.
