Antique Nippon moriage vase with handpainted flowers and applied turquoise jewels. Measures approx 6 1/4 inches high. Full, round body with 4 cartouche reserves, each beautifully handpainted with a boquet of flowers. A pair of handles on either side of the vase. Richly enamelled around the floral reserves and the ground entirely covered with small pale green and larger turquoise jewels. The latter exactly like Coalport jeweled porcelain. Rich enamelling on the neck and base. No marks to be seen. Excellent condtion - no chips/cracks/damage/repairs.
