Vintage oak keg on its own stand. Banded with plated rings, and having a bronze metal spigot. Traditionally, you filled the barrel with liquid (water perhaps) and waited for the oak to expand. When the rings were tight, or hammered tight, it would be waterproof, and could be then emptied and re-filled with alcohol. It's a long time since this one was used for spirits, and it may not "take up' and become tight, so selling as decorative only. The barrel measures 45 cm long and 30.5 cm diameter, and on its stand it is 48 cm high. Very good condition.
