Here is an adorable Italian Capodimonte lava beau, c. 1920. This was used to provide water for the washing of hands. The rare Capodimonte porcelain is famous for its moulded figurines and its decorative modelled flowers. This piece is no different, featuring a very elaborate hand painted porcelain ewer and bowl. Both attached to a painted mahogany wall mount. The pictures speak for themselves! Measures 16wX6dX28h, and in superb overall condition. Certainly a unique piece to enhance any pattern.
