This is a huge flying dragon, hand carved from France, 19th Century. The wing span is over 30"! And the piece has great depth; the dragon appears to emerge from the wall. Wonderful piece. Another strong resemblance to the dragons in the Decorative Arts Museum in Paris. You can find it on their website.
