Rare huge American New England Country pine bowl cut from a single log, measures 21" x 19.5 inches and 6 inches high. There are some old base line cracks that do not go through, which is to be expected from an early bowl of this unusually large size. Hand turned on a lathe around c1800 from a single large block of pine. Beautiful old deep rich patina. The look of this bowl would make a kitchen.
