Probably English.Measures 3 3/4inches long; 2 1/2inches wide and slightly over 1inch high.Rectangular with rounded corners and scalloped sides. Burnt orange and white.A couple run towards the sea, kicking up the sand as they dash along. Both are wearing shoes and stockings, he has a monocle in one eye and a huge handlebar moustache; she wears skirts and a bonnet. Behind them are a number of beach tents, people, some ladies in more conservative Victorian dress and all the atmosphere of a happy seaside resort. There are no marks. Condition is very good.
