Mid 20thC Set of three Carltonware gradated toucan Guinness wall plaques. Two pints of Guinness sit on the toucan beak, with ''MY GOODNESS'' and ''MY GUINNESS'' printed on the sides. Cream reverse with two hanging holes and maker''s marks printed in black ''Carlton Ware Handpainted MADE IN ENGLAND ''TRADEMARK'''', ''REGISTERED AUSTRALIAN DESIGN'' and impressed ''GA2259A'' to the large, ''GA2259B'' to medium, and ''GA2259C'' to the small plaque. Similar piece illustrated page 89, Liberties ''The Guide to Guinness Collectables'' by Nick Fairall and David Hughes. Very good. Slight scratches to the head of the largest toucan. Tiny paint flakes to the tail of the smallest. Largest is 10ins by 4.5ins
