Circa 1890 Majolica Palissy wall plate packed with nine overlying fish on a seaweed molded ground. Green reverse. Three stilt marks and impressed maker''s mark inside the foot. Generally good. No cracks. No hairlines. Minor flaking to mouths of two fish. Restoration to 1/3 of the rim. Restoration of tail and lower fin of two fish. 7ins diameter
