Bentwood Hanging Shelf Unit. Brown and brass. Wood and brass. These ornate shelves are in the Bentwood style. The unit has one long shelf on the bottom and four staggered half-shelf compartments above. Each compartment has a front gallery of either pegs or spools and pegs. There is also a row of pegs beneath the bottom shelf and each compartment. One side rail ends in a bend, the other in a circle. Brass caps fit over all end pieces and brass screws and rings hold individual pieces of wood together.
