The Vieux Carre is also called the French
Quarter of New Orleans, the old town center,
along the Mississippi river. Beautiful, French
influence designed buidlings, some
between 100 to 270 yrs. old.
About Artist : Miriam Ragan
She is a self taught New Orleans artist. She
has attended seminars with famous artists
including Chow Leing Chow, Chow Leing
Chan of Hong Kong, Edgar Whitney, and
Milford Zornes. Her artwork includes, the
bayous, swamplands, New Orleans French
Quarter Scenes, still life and southern
flowers, such as Manolias.
