Classic bronze figures of a young faun with child. Signed Sabatino, Naples 1872. One of the "Grand Tour" works produced to sell to the rich tourists who came through Naples to visit Pompeii. Outstanding execution with an excellent dark patine. Detachable cymbal missing from left-hand. Excellent condition. I found him in Munich a decade ago. Dimensions: 25" Weight: 29 lbs.
