19th century, Victorian gold gilt over-sized pier mirror. Exceptional quality and fine original condition, rarely found in a mirror of this Period. This pier mirror is a marvelous example of the Eastlake/ Aesthetic Movement in American furniture and architectural detail, with natural and geometric motifs and Gothic influenced base. Original 2" beveled glass mirror, white marble shelf and wooden paneled back. All original gilding with only minor flaking. This mirror would dress up any space. 129" tall x 45" widest (crown) x 12" deep.
