This is a superb early 19th C. American Federal gold leaf sand gilt turned wood classical three part overmantle mirror. This mirror retains all original elements of glass, applied medallions, backboards, and the original gold leaf sand gilt decoration. This elegant mirror has survived in a superb state of original preservation. Mellow gold leaf patination. Circa: 1825-1840. Size: 20 x 50 Excellent Condition.
