Circa 1900
This large and beautiful nine-sided tankard was made around 1900 in the 16th-century style. Supported on feet representing roaring lions, the piece features images of the saints, as well as various coats of arms. The hinged lid shows a seated lion supporting a coat-of-arms shield engraved "Jacob Koch 1570".
