Striking antique tiger oak fireplace mantel salvaged from a circa 1920 home. The mantel's top edge is beveled, and below the projecting shelf is a dentil mold patterned border. The mantel's legs feature four fluted doric columns, two on each side of the firebox opening. This quarter sawn mantel is in very good condition. It measures 72" wide, 57 1/4" tall and 13" deep, and has a firebox opening of approximately 41 1/2" wide and 42" tall.
