To say the least I''m a sucker at an antiques show for high quality wood grains and woodworking. These candlesticks are c1960 but mid century modernism in form. A woodturner''s passion! Super high quality lathe work in coco bolo rosewood. Cylinder base supports wafer turnings, center section is concentric circle fluting to another wafer then compressed ball topped by cylinder. The pair are approx 8 1/2'' tall, rich black, orange and red streaked rosewood. Remnants of candle wax in some of the grooves. Status: For Sale Reference#: 141_283c Condition: vgood Year: c1960
