A pair of candlesticks in patinated bronze of naturalistic decoration lizards winding around the fluted and stylized ivy leaves. They are based on three lion's legs. The carving of fine quality is very precise, sharp. This pair is very similar to models made by Barye in the late nineteenth century. Circa :1880 Dim: W: 4,3 in - D: 4,3in - H: 11,4in.
