Antique polychrome bronze depicting a Dutch girl with wooden shoes carrying a jug and walking with her pet lamb. The bronze has an interesting polychrome finish with many colors. It is signed indistinctly on the back, and has numbers and foundry initials incised along the side. This is a nice composition, a very peaceful and calm subject. The girl is walking forward carrying the jug. She has a very sweet face and is very well sculptured. She measures 10-1/2 inches high, width at base 4-1/4 inches, depth of base 3-3/4 inches. Weight: 5 lbs. This is a lovely sculpture in very good condition, showing great planning prior to its execution. Guaranteed to please as are all our items.
