Dale Evers was born in 1955, in San Diego, CA. He entered the Army in 1975, 25th Infantry Division. He attended Hawaii College and Cuesta Community College, 1980. He graduated from San Diego State University in 1985 (Industrial Arts). His founded The New Bronze Age Foundry in Morro Bay in 1992.
