Georgian Ivory Box Circa. 1800 British A rare and quite wonderful Georgian era box. Oval ivory patch box. Top is dyed butterscotch. Bottom is natural ivory color. Low carat (8 carat) gold trim. Tested with 8K acid. Interior compartments. The box is 2 3/8 inches wide and 1 3/8 inches deep. 7/8 inch high. 55.0 gr. 35.4 dwt Fabulous!
