Huge and high quality Japanese Meiji Satsuma vase or possibly a planter due to its large size. Excellent detailing for such a large piece as its 13'' wide and 11'' thick and stands 8'' tall. Really big piece from the golden age of Satsuma. Condition is very good with an repaired chip to lip and faint line in base that maybe from the firing due to its large size.
