Dating from the late Edo Period c.1860, this fabulous antique Japanese Seto ceramic vase is signed and in its original box. Written on the box is 'Koseto Heishi' meaning 'old Seto vase, narrow neck'. Also on the box are the characters 'Kabin' meaning 'flower vase'. The signature is also on the box but the characters are difficult to read as they are in the old script.
