Early 20th century Japanese Satsuma vase with hand painted decoration of a large red iris with flying cranes. Tube-lining decorated band at neck and under lip. Vase measures 25.5 cm high and 10.6 cm diameter (10 inches by about 4.1/4 inches). Unmarked. Excellent condition.
