Gorgeous Oribe ceramic kogo which held the incense used in the tea ceremony. Signed in the original kiri (paulownia) wood box by the master, Nagira Yasuhisa. He was born in 1934 and won the Japan Traditional Art Gold Prize. In 1990 he won the prestigeous Kanashige Toyo Gold Prize. He started the famous Juko-gama kiln in Shimane Prefecture.
