Chinese export armorial plate, of octagonal form, the center painted infamille rose with a pair of pheasants on a rock beneath a peony rose, the rim with two European theme reserves, one with a hunt trophy with dogs & guns beneath a tree, the other with the Valentine pattern, with two doves before an altar supporting two flaming hearts, the upper rim with a martin, the lower rim with the arms of Marten impaling Bidwell.
