Antique Japanese oval platter of large dimension. It features a phoenix bird surrounded by peonies flowers. The phoenix bird is standing below a blossoming cherry tree. The reverse side is decorated with 4 branches of a blossoming cherry tree. Probably dating to 19th. century. Dimensions: 21.5" x 16.5".
