Arita SOMETSUKE TEA CEREMONY CUP STAND, hand painted in under glaze cobalt blue possibly, Hirado. The stand dates to pre 1900, and is unsigned. There are similar pieces shown on Trocadero for sake, though this appears to be for Tea ceremony.
