Porcelain soy sauce dish in the mille fiori pattern with gilded rims and highlights. Blue and white decoration to the rear. Marked "Foreign", which is a mark for export to England. There is also a mark in blue underneath the red Foreign stamp - can't read it, but it starts with the Da symbol. This pattern was popular late Edwardian period, about 1910, and this ties in with the last years of the Qing dynasty, or could be Japanese from circa 1910 to 1920s. Dish measures 21.mm high by 71 mm diameter. Excellent condition.
