From the master of the Koishihara ceramic style, Fumao Ota, has created scintillating textures on this art deco sake bottle 'Tokkuri'. Koishihara Yaki (ceramics) comes from Ota's kiln in Fukuoka prefecture in Kyushu, Japan's southern island. The rich brown and undulating scales is a masterpiece of ceramics. c.1930.
