Antique Nepali-Tibetan ritual knife (Kartika in Sanskrit) with wide metal blade covered with inlaid turquoise pieces. The blade also features a silver applied ornament on both sides in shape of a serpent. The handle is covered with serpent skin and chiseled silver in relief featuring a Makara holding the blade.
