Exquisite antique Japanese early Taisho Period, c.1915, flower vase with the trademark rich, deep oribe olive greens and brown iron glaze geometrical designs. Two crabs adorn the sides. It is signed Kato Sakusuke the 3rd. There is a very slight hairline on the vase lip from the kiln firing and one of the crabs tiny knobs is missing but otherwise in great condition. c.1915.
