Lovely Dochu hand hammered copper flower vase from the Ito Kyuho-do art studio in Hiroshima, c.1960. In a signed original 'kiri' paulownia wood box. The artist who made this is retired and there are no successors who can make such a vase. The box reads, "Natsume Gata Go Hiki Koi Moyo Iri" meaning in the shape of the tea chaire caddy and with 5 fish pattern copper flower vase. Signed Kyuho-do Tsukuri. Perfect condition.
