A bronze censer's cap was well cast and was exquisitely carved with beautiful motifs. On top there's a lion's head with bulging eyes, fiercing fangs and well defined hairs. At the lower portion, the spiral clouds were above the sea waves. Under the cap, the molding clay was still reserved for verifying. It was a fine piece for verifying the excellency of the ancient metal work. The golden metal sheen was an evidence for its fine quality too.
