This is very important Korean woodblocks used to printing book named as' Chu Gang Sun Seang Mun Jip' by Chosun Dynasty schlor Nam Hyo On (1454-1492). This woodblock was hand carved in 1577 for the first edition of 'Chu Gang Sun Seang Mun Jip'. 'Chu Gang Sun Seang Mun Jip' is consist of 5 books. Decribe about 15c Korean people's life, travel memo, poet,letter to king,philosopical opinion etc. this is very rare and has important historical value. excellent original condition. Height 27.5cm, width 47cm.
