A gorgeous pair of antique Art Deco slip shade sconces, dating from the 1920’s or 1930’s. The sconces feature a scalloped backplate with an asymmetrical floral design. The slipper shade is also ornamented with flowers and scallops mirroring the shape of the backplate. The shade is held in place by a decorative metal band. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; the shades are in very good antique condition with some fleabites around the edges of the shades. The sconces have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. The sconces measure 12” tall, 5 ½” wide, and project 5” from the wall. A matching chandelier is also available, item # NC989.
