A wonderful antique Art Deco slip shade chandelier, dating from the 1930’s. This seven-light chandelier begins with a bold finial with volutes and Art Deco detail. The slipper shades feature a painted design to highlight the details in the glass, ornamented primarily with rows of parallel lines. The chandelier body is ornamented with geometric detail mirroring the design of the shades. The bottom shade, ornamented with volutes and anthemia, finishes in a dangling finial. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The glass is in very good antique condition with some fleabites around the edges of the shades (pictured). This chandelier is 17 ¼” wide, 22” tall (body only), and 28” long overall.
