This is a classic Frankart shade for 4 inch rim fitters. Frosted amber panels bordered by clear amber edges in an intricate cubist pattern to produce a really outstanding effect. Since the round crackle shades have become nearly impossible to find this model has become the best available replacement shade for 4" rim lamps. This one is in good condition with no chips or breaks. To be perfectly accurate we have to mention that there are a very few factory flaws in the finish that are nearly invisisble. The shade looks fine, but these glass shades were mass produced of very inexpensive glass at the time, and very few are perfect. We used to see quite a few of these, but they're getting harder to find every day.
