A remarkable antique Art Deco skyscraper pendant light with sun purple glass, dating from the 1930’s, with a two-piece shade. The chandelier features a white glass skyscraper shade with a design of overlapping geometric shapes. Below, a prismatic bowl-shaped shade has turned a beautiful light amethyst color from sun exposure. This light fixture is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks to the glass, just the expected fleabites around the rims. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The pendant measures 9†wide and approx. 16†tall (body only), and 32-1/2†long overall. A very similar light is also available, item # NC1231-RW.
