What a playful piece of Americana. This uncredited designer obviously had a working knowledge of Mid-Western winters (the poster was printed in Eastern Ohio) and was well aware of the less-than-cheerful attitude these prolonged periods of cold can produce. So, instead of trying to sex things up or provide something explosive inspired by the product's name, he sets down an animated snowman partaking in a bit of frosty tow-behind skiing, an activity that's only possible because of the anti-freezing power produced by Super-Pyro. It's lighthearted, fanciful and just the tiniest bit mischievous, qualities that will go a long way towards attracting a consumer smack-dab in the middle of an unrelentingly frigid season.
