Monotype sail boats remarkable pencil art, signed with pencil by Edith F. Ward in title " Monotype" symmetrically. Represents colorful boats and harbor, framed 1" green wood frame, lightly gilded. In off white mat, covered in glass. Frame is 22.5" wide, 18.5" height. excellent aged condition. According to the information received, Edith Ward was born in 1909 in Germany, studied at University of in Southwest Germany, immigrating to the United States in 1930. Artist died in 2002. She is a remarkable artist. Her arts sold in Southern California prior to her death.
