Lupe Chown native of New York Studied as art student League of New York , American Academy Florence, Italy, Paris , Rome Otis Art Institute and The Pasadena Art Institute. Awarded gold medal at the National Salon De Blase Arte in Rio De Janiro. While she enjoyed the large audience for her painting, she turned her attention to the print making. Acquaint is a very appropriate medium for her salt rustic images. The etchings are Hand Worked by the artist from the initial plate work to the final inking. Her etching clearly demonstrate her ability and knowledge of the subjects she has spent her life studying. She has now the delight of Collector's everywhere.
