The first half page engraving is titled, "The Garibaldi Zouaves on the Double-Quick in Broadway." It shows soldiers marching, the central figure has his sword drawn and he turns towards a soldier carrying a bugle. The second half page engraving is titled, "Presentation of Colors to the Garibaldi Zouaves, New York, May, 1861."
