Original era manufacture. A very fine example of the US Army issue Model 1880 Hunting Knife, made by Springfield Arsenal. No scabbard. Bright finished blade with no real issues, just some minor age staining and a few little bends in the cutting edge. No nicks, corrosion pitting or sharpening in evidence.
