This is a fine American 19th century oil painting of the Hudson River Valley, New York. School of Thomas Chambers: it displays a style in the manner of Thomas Chambers but is not attributed to him. This painting has survived in an excellent state of preservation on its original stretcher and has been cleaned recently. Gold gilt 20th century contemporary frame. Overall excellent condition.
