Frank Bernard Dicksee 1853 1928 Othello ~ grisaille painting framed with glass; original frontispiece to the Cassell edition from 1890 (This image later reproduced); all the art was in black and white; the item comes with eight signed letters by the pre-Raphaelite artist of which three are addressed to the wife of fellow Pre-Raphaelite Holman Hunt ~ this item was purchased from Sotheran\\\'s (England) one of the world\\\'s oldest bookshops/publishers; they have just recently celebrated their 250th birthday this year... a shop with an excellent reputation ~ 13 x 16 inches in frame, with glass; nice collection of art of a well known well listed pre-raphaelite artist, with three letters to the wife of another... condition very good indeed
