This is a 1920''s water color of a peony flower by an unknown artist. It has been custom fantasy framed by specialist Venetia Thompson in the 1980''s. The frame is shabby chic white wood with nicks. The matt is Liberty of London fabric with gold bullion filet and topped with a large spray of vintage silk lingerie flowers from France.
