Emile Mediz-Pelikan 1861 1908 Spring 1906 signed gouache 13.2 10.6 ~ this artist is one of my favourites; I have such a weakness for her; particularly her impressionistic landscapes ~ this a grant example of her ability... Austrian artist studied under Albert Zimmerman on her extensive travels (where she studied in Munich & Dachau, she met Karl Mediz in Knokke Belgium; the move to Vienna where the artist live in poverty with their child (and where here impressionism is celebrated) ~ We've sold quite a few items by this artist, and whenever possible we purchase key items... fabulous
